The problem
Investigators had to piece together scattered records and call data by hand, and the material was too sensitive for any system that connects to the internet.
What we built
A Windows desktop application that builds a single profile for each person, analyses call records for patterns and links between cases, and lays the results out on link graphs and maps, entirely offline. A Rust engine provides a custom encrypted vault format and fast parallel indexing. The Tauri 2 app uses React and TypeScript, with offline MapLibre maps and Sigma.js link graphs. Role-based access, PIN unlock, automatic idle lock and a tamper-evident audit log keep every search accountable.
